do you accept returns?

i do not accept returns. if you have any issues with an order please contact me through this form.

do you do commissions?

yes, I offer commissions! if you're after a special piece, want a print customized with your favorite colors, or have something unique in mind, I’d love to work together! for more info on requesting a custom piece please check out my commissions faqs page.

what kind of paper do you use for your prints?

i print on archival quality, velvet textured fine art paper. its soft, subtle texture adds depth and richness to the colors, creating a warm, professional finish that brings each piece to life.

are your stickers waterproof?

yes! all my stickers are printed on waterproof vinyl. they're durable, weather resistant, and perfect for laptops, notebooks, and water bottles.

what materials do you use to create your original artwork?

i work with a range of traditional tools, including alcohol-based markers, highlighters, gel pens, fine liners, acrylic paint, and colored pencils. i also incorporate digital elements in some designs for added dimension or layout planning.

do you use digital tools?

yes! while most of my art is made traditionally, i also use Procreate and Photoshop for certain illustrations, layout designs, edits, and commissions that require a digital format.

shipping

what are my shipping options?

  • sticker only orders ship via usps first class letter mail (no tracking) in stamped envelopes to help keep shipping costs low.

  • paper prints and multi-item orders are shipped via usps first class or priority mail, depending on size and weight. these options include tracking.

  • canvas prints (12×12" and 16×20", 1.5" deep) are packaged securely in box mailers and shipped via usps priority mail or ups ground with tracking and insurance for safe delivery.

when will my order ship?

orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. delivery within the u.s. usually takes 1–2 weeks after shipping. you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

what if my order is lost or damaged?

if your tracked order hasn't arrived within 3 weeks or if your item arrives damaged, please reach out using my contact form and i’ll do my best to help resolve the issue.
